We have two back to back interviews on Monday, l-2pm with Chrysalis and
2:30-3:30pm with Allied. I feel really strongly that the four of us need to have a
conversation (phone call should be fine) about this process and our approach before the
interviews. If Friday doesn't work, how does Monday morning sound?

Selection Committee - you should have received calendar invites
for all of these. I'll delete the HOLDS now.

I'd like to keep these to 45 mins with the candidates, and 15 mins
for us to discuss without them in the room. We can give them 20 mins to present, and 25
mins for Q&A. Thoughts?

I'd still like the chance to have a conversation with you all
before interviews begin. Please let me know if this Friday works for you.
